This year has been one of significant growth and progress for MACLT. We added seven new homes to the land trust and completed design work for our twelve townhomes planned to break ground on Madison’s east side in 2026. We began laying the groundwork to expand our reach beyond Madison, bringing MACLT to additional Dane County communities. We also continued to strengthen our outreach and fundraising efforts.
